Meet your therapist, Hayley Jackson
With over 12 years of experience, I'm a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with a passion for understanding the body and helping people move and feel better. Having worked alongside chiropractors and physiotherapists, I've developed extensive experience in treating muscular tension, physical dysfunction and supporting injury recovery.
My approach combines evidence-based massage techniques with a holistic understanding of the body and how it functions as a whole, including the connection between stress, the nervous system and physical tension. I recognise that everyone's needs are different, and aim to provide individualized care that supports your health and goals.

With further training in Touch for Health Kinesiology, myofascial release, traditional flame cupping, dry needling and other specialised techniques, I draw on a range of skills to provide personalised care that supports movement, recovery and overall wellbeing.
